The interactive walk takes in 12 historical highlights that shaped the town. It all starts in the town square at the start column. On your tour of Burghausen's old town, step back in time into the history and stories at the foot of the world's longest castle.

  • Start: Outside the town hall at the town square - 1. station

  • Scan the QR code or visit www.locandy.com/q/burghausen-en. Then, use the link to the Play Store or App Store to download the "Locandy" app.

  • Open the Locandy app and select the QR icon ("Scan Locandy QR code"). Hold your smartphone over the QR code again.

  • Select the GPS City Tour "A Tale of Smugglers, Rascals and Fish in a Salt Crust" and press "Install".

  • Press "Play" – and then you're ready to go!
